Flexion Distraction

This is low force technique used to decompress the spinal column. Great for treatment of disc herniations, postural discomfort, and more.

Neurofunctional Acupuncture & Dry Needling

Dr. Durbano completed a 300 hour program through McMaster University and has since utilized both techniques weekly. Great for treatment of trigger points, chronic pain management, muscle atrophy, scar tissue, headaches/migraines and more.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy can be performed statically or dynamically. This is a form of myofascial decompression is used to help decrease muscle tension, myofascial adhesion and increase blood flow to promote healing. Great for treatment of pain, muscle tightness, range of motion restriction and more.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM is a form of myofascial compression therapy used to help decrease muscle tension, myofascial adhesion and increase blood flow to promote healing. Great for treatment of scar tissue, DOMS, IT band syndrome, muscle tightness and more.

Corrective Exercise Prescription

We rarely send our patients home without something to take with them whether it is stretches, corrective exercise or repeated movements. All exercises are prescribed and modified to target our patients individual needs and goals.

Diagnostic Imaging Prescription & Review

Based on our thorough examination and clinical expertise, a referral for imaging may be necessary for us to fully understand your problem. We always consider your values as a patient, benefits and risks of imaging procedures and best available evidence before a referral is made. Once you have received imaging, we will review the findings and educate you on net steps in care.
